Hi! I am Sarah, I am queen of fun at Bounce Back Fitness! I have always loved being active and cut my teeth as a commercial dancer and singer, until I had babies and settled down in the North East under the new guise of Personal Trainer Extraordinaire.
I have been a full time Personal Trainer and fitness instructor for 8 years now. I have trained everyone, from bikini competitors to new mums, to sportsmen coming back from injury, to new grandparents wanting to be able to keep up with their grandkids. I love seeing my clients gain strength and confidence as they progress with me!
Whatever your goals I can help you achieve them. I specialise in putting together fun programs that are varied and get results. I am a huge fan of body positivity and health at every size and firmly believe you should be able to have your cake and eat it.
No matter what your goals, be it muscle gaining, body recomposition, weight loss or simply getting really fit and strong! The Strength Lab is for you. An early morning resistance based small group training program. Learn the basics of strength training and watch your body change before your eyes. See your progress from week to week as we adjust weights and add to your program. Pick from an intensive 3 day per week program or a twice weekly program depending on what you think will suit you best. I will monitor your lifts, body composition and give you custom macros/nutrition depending on what you want to achieve.
Pay as you go classes. One of the most effective and ancient of strength and conditioning workouts. Suitable for all levels of ability as weight can be adjusted based on what you feel able to do. Progress from week to week and watch your fitness and strength improve using both traditional kettlebell moves and some fun new ones to give you a true full body blast!
If you feel like you need a more personal and individual approach I offer tailored programs and one to one personal training. You might lack confidence in a gym or be coming back from an injury. Or just want to train in a non group setting. I love helping my PT clients reach their goals and all round just feel great.

I am married to an executive chef who has cooked for sports personalities and celebrities. He helps me put together delicious and easy to follow nutrition programs that can help you on your way if a nutrition overhaul is something you want help with.
I have two kids who are an absolute joy and I understand how hard a busy family life can be as well as how much your body changes after pregnancy. I love life, love food, love lifting weights, love dancing and I love helping clients become the best version of themselves.
